Support for Foster, Adoptive
& Kinship Carers

You don't have to hold
everything alone.

A space where you can exhale

Carers often spend so much time holding everyone else together that there's little room left for themselves.

Therapy can offer a calm, supportive space to reflect, process and feel held too.

How I Work

I offer a warm, relational and supportive space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace.

My approach is attachment-informed, trauma-informed and grounded in compassion, curiosity and emotional safety.

You might come to therapy feeling...

  • Emotionally overwhelmed

  • Constantly "on alert"

  • Drained from caring for others

  • Unsure of who you are outside of care-giving

  • Carrying guilt, shame or exhaustion

  • Struggling with attachment or behavioural challenges

  • Feeling emotionally exhausted by meetings, systems and processes

  • Carrying the stress of constantly having to fight for support

  • Feeling unheard, blamed or misunderstood as a carer

You don't have to do this alone.

If you'd like to explore working together, you're welcome to get in touch.
