About Me
Hi, I'm Kelly
I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can explore difficult experiences at your own pace, without judgement or pressure.
My work is especially informed by supporting people recovering from narcissistic abuse and emotionally harmful relationships, as well as foster, adoptive and kinship carers navigating attachment, trauma and emotional overwhelm.
Alongside private practice, I have experience within NHS counselling services and mental health support settings, and I'm compassionate about creating a space where people feel genuinely heard, understood and supported.
How I Work
My approach is warm, relational and integrative. This approach uses technique from various types of therapy, with a person-centred core.
I believe therapy should feel human - not clinical or intimidating Together we can explore whatever feels most important to you, whether that's understanding patterns, rebuilding confidence, processing difficult experiences or simply having a space where you no longer have to carry everything alone.
I currently offer online counselling sessions.
